  • Equipment Includes Computer Aided Design Windows XP Pro workstations
       - (1) Seat of CadKey Workshop V21.5
       - (1) Seat of Surfcam 2003
  • Data exchanges includes STEP, IGES and DXF capabilities with wide band of IGES export control
  • E-mail capabilities along with regular 1.4M disk, CD-R, CD-RW, and file compression and inflation tools for data transfer
  • SLA file creation for rapid prototyping of customer parts for visual studies
  • CAD & CAM software revisions and upgrades are implemented immediately upon receipt

TOOLING FACILITIES

We maintain an extensive on-site tooling facility to manufacture injection molds and prototype molds which we can maintain, repair and modify to customers' specifications. These services mean little or no manufacturing downtime for repair and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery. Our prototyping capabilities provide trouble-free transition from design to pre-production components.
